Working together
Online counselling, wherever you are in the UK.
A confidential place to talk, think and explore — without pressure to arrive with a neatly defined problem.
What might we talk about?
People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons: anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, work pressures, bereavement, life transitions, or a persistent sense that something isn’t quite right.
We might explore the patterns you’ve noticed, the meanings you attach to experiences, your relationships with others, and what you’d like to be different. I won’t assume that you need fixing or that I know the answers to your life.
What are online sessions like?
We meet by video call, from a private place where you feel comfortable talking. Online counselling means you can work with me from anywhere in the UK, without travelling to an office.
We can discuss whether online work is suitable for you and what you hope to gain when you first make contact.
Counselling isn’t something I do to you. It’s something we do together. I’ll listen carefully, ask questions, sometimes offer a different perspective, and help you explore possibilities you may not have considered. There’s room for serious conversations, uncertainty, disagreement and, when appropriate, a little humour.
Taking the first step
It’s fine to send a short message saying a little about what brings you here. You don’t have to tell your whole story in an email.
