Stephen qualified as a counsellor in 2007 with a degree from Roehampton University in Integrative Counselling, and has since worked as a schools counsellor, a therapist in a GP counselling service, and in private practice. He has also lectured on a number of counsellor training courses, and has delivered mind coaching training to a number of businesses.
Prior to qualifying as a counsellor, Stephen enjoyed a 30 year career in the information technology sector, developing strong business-oriented skills in customer support and user training, which have held him in good stead for his coaching and training work.
He also has extensive experience within the creative arts field, particularly in music performance, and has particular insight into the challenges presented to those working in this area.
